Samcon has partnered and produced a variety of very specialised equipment over the years and used our skills in R&D to overcome many application problems for a client’s needs. Recently on a major tender won by Samcon we helped with over 200 design changes on a Propriety Product so as the final product matched exactly to what it was designed to do.

Some of the designed products we have worked through our R&D Department are things like mobile platforms, multi-use trolleys, emergency door systems, automated air pocket remover for laminating film, robotic spot welding machines for inaccessible locations such as train bodies, nuclear waste special purpose machinery, food packaging systems, stencil cutting machines used to manufacture stencil’s for concrete pathways and waste recycling machines for shredding green waste and rubber tyres.
