Training
Currently our initiative that is driven by us as a team means having every person employed at Samcon being trained this year.
We have all Workshop employees being trained in CERT III in Competitive Manufacturing (5’s Lean Manufacturing) and all Operational and Business Management being trained in CERT IV in Business Administration & Business Management.
This represents a significant reinvestment in our people and we are proud of this initiative to hopefully be at the forefront of the industry.
