Our commitment to our clients is to achieve and maintain a high level of workmanship and quality assurance which guarantees to all our clients that the service which the company supplies meets the agreed contractual requirements. Our Quality Management System (ISO9001:2008) is certified by SAI GLOBAL and it enables us to ensure that there are common procedures, processes and personnel in place to effectively mange and control quality. The management is committed to strive for continual improvement and ever increase the effectiveness of its Quality Management System in line with the expectations and needs of its customers leading to ultimate customer satisfaction by high Quality Service at reasonable cost and on time delivery of any project. To this end it is essential that every member of personnel, at all levels perform their task correctly.
The quality management system provides a framework for reviewing quality objectives laid down by the company. These objectives are reviewed on a regular basis by senior management. Suppliers who supply materials, components and services are monitored to ensure that they comply with the Company’s specified requirements. This policy shall be carried out through or by way of the following;

- to regularly audit and review of our quality system.
- to investigate and provide root cause analysis of incidents and non-conformances in our to identify appropriate corrective action and preventive actions which can then be incorporated into our quality system.
- to remove wasted and non-value added steps and time in our processes where feasible.
- to strive to ensure that customer and stakeholder satisfaction is achieved at all times, in all works.
- to support the adoption of appropriate quality systems and management principles in order that all stakeholders benefit from this commitment to quality.
